Animal Endangerment	11.1	Felony	$500	15 Months	Anyone who is committing a dangerous criminal act while having an animal companion or pet with them.
Animal Neglect	11.2	Misdemeanor	$250	0 Months	Anyone who owns or is taking care of a pet or other animals may be charged with animal neglect for neglecting the creature by not providing adequate food, water, and shelter.
Felony Animal Neglect	11.3	Felony	$750	20 Months	Anyone who owns or is taking care of a pet or other animals shall be charged with Felony Animal Nelgect after 5 previous charges of Animal Neglect ( 11.2).
Poaching	11.4	Misdemeanor	$500	20 Months	Hunting, killing, or collecting an animal that is restricted, owned by, or licensed to somebody else.
