๐Ÿ˜ˆCrime & Illegal Misconduct

1. Officer baiting for non roleplay reasons is not allowed on this server. This essentially means you are not to engage with officers to get their attention based on you just being bored. This means not repeatedly speeding past a cop for the pure purpose of trying to get them to chase you unless point 1 below applies.

  1. The officer will determine if the reason for the bait was due to a roleplay scenario (Youโ€™re the sober one driving drunk to get your buddies by, or maybe you are luring an officer away for where a crime will take place)

  2. The officer will determine the punishment based on the severity of the bait. This could be escalated to admins for server related punishments.

  3. Punishments may include double or triple the fine of the crime performed, temporary suspension from the server or permanent bans.

2. Mugging is allowed, however it often turns into griefing for the other party involved, and this should be considered when mugging other players. If the RP situation leads to mugging another player, it must pertain to the scene at hand. For example: disarming someone after a conflict scene during an ongoing war, taking medical items such as ifaks or first aid kits because you are wounded, taking their radio so they can't call for back up so on and so forth. Taking special items like pets, wedding rings, stuffed animals, event items, or other items you know are 1 of 1's is not allowed.

  1. Excessive mugging may result in severe punishments.

  2. Knowingly mugging the same citizen repeatedly in the same tsunami (server restart) is a bannable offense.

  3. In-game penalties for mugging will be determined by the arresting officer. The officer may levy fines, force community service or even prison time.

  4. Mugging may only occur if there is at least one (1) officer.

  5. Mugging a cop may only occur if there are enough cops online for a cop to be taken hostage.

Mugging a cop is only acceptable under specific conditions.

You must have a pre-existing RP reason, such as being in a conflict scene, and cannot bait cops with the intention of robbing or shooting them.

In order to remove a cop's bodycam you need to physically take the item off their person. A /me remove bodycam will not suffice.

You can only rob a cop if you need to replenish your ammo, health, or weapons to continue an active conflict scene, or during a raid.

Once you have taken what you need, you should leave the scene as quickly as possible, as more cops may be on the way.

Pocket wiping is prohibited as is taking items unnecessary to the scene at hand and will have resulting consequences. 3. Robbing of shops, banks and jewelry stores need to be thought out and have a proper dialogue ready for RP scenarios should any hostages or officers be involved.

  1. Robberies do not require a hostage, however in such instances police are not required to uphold or follow any of your commands.

  2. AIโ€™s do not constitute a hostage, and therefore cannot be role played as such.

  3. You cannot have more members participating in a robbery than the amount of officers on duty.

  4. All robberies MUST involve negotiations with police. Robbers are not permitted to shoot on sight until negotiations have been called off by either party. Calling off negotiations must be made clear by either party.

  5. A maximum of 1 outside gunman/getaway driver is permitted for all robberies. Outside gunman/getaway drivers must be declared to police during negotiations and count towards the total robber limit per robbery. Any gunman not declared may be at risk of RDM if they get involved in a shootout when not properly declared.

  6. Officers are not permitted to exchange hostages for money with individuals involved in a robbery.

  7. Robbers may only make one demand per hostage they have. (ie. a vehicle filled with gas) All demands should be made within reason in what the officers can do (ie. They canโ€™t give you a helicopter filled with cash)

  8. You may only conduct 1 robbery per hour (excludes houses). Failure to abide by this rule may be subject to a server punishment.

  9. You may only conduct a maximum of 3 24/7 robberies per hour. Failure to abide by this rule may be subject to a server punishment.

  10. Robbing a T1 house requires no officers to be on duty. A T2 required at minimum 1 officer to be on duty. The maximum number of robbers for a house robbery is 2 (Getaway drivers included).

  11. Robbing a 24/7 (general store) requires at least 2 officers to be on duty. The maximum number of robbers for a general store is 2 (Getaway drivers included)

  12. Robbing a bank (fleeca) requires at least 4 officers to be on duty. The maximum number of robbers for a bank (fleeca) is 4 (Getaway drivers included).

  13. Robbing a Jewelry Store requires at least 4 officers to be on duty. The maximum number of robbers for a Jewelry Store is 4 (Getaway drivers included).

  14. Robbing an Ammunation requires at least 3 officers to be on duty. The maximum number of robbers for an ammunation is 4 (Getaway drivers included).

  15. Robbing a Pawn Shop requires at least 2 officers to be on duty. The maximum number of robbers for a Pawn shop is 4 (Getaway drivers included).

  16. Robbing a Bank Truck requires at least 6 officers to be on duty. The maximum number of robbers for a bank truck is 4 (Getaway drivers included).

  17. The use of any animation or exploit during a robbery to give robbers an upper hand will be subject to server punishment.

4. You may not go into an apartment or house, whether it be yours or not to evade players or police.

5. Crimes Against Police Officers/EMS/Other Whitelisted Jobs

  1. A minimum of 4 officers must be on duty to kidnap an officer OR steal a police vehicle( Both require proper RP reason).

  2. A minimum of 4 EMS must be on duty to kidnap EMS. Players are prohibited from stealing EMS vehicles without justified RP reason.

6. Ransom may be held for the player to be released, however the ransom must be within a reasonable payable amount, and does not require money. Should it be a tangible item, the item must be within reason.

  1. If you kidnap a player for ransom, only another player may pay that ransom. You should keep this in mind when you kidnap, if the person has no family online, the scenario should revert to a mugging.

  2. If you kidnap an officer for ransom, only another officer or government official may pay that ransom.

  3. You may only kidnap the same person one time per tsunami (server restart). Should you kidnap that person twice, you are to let them go immediately.

7. Murder shall follow the Random Death Match (RDM) rules:

  1. RDM is defined as when players kill other players randomly without valid reasons or role play.

  2. Roleplaying as a serial killer requires heavy role play scenarios and the player must be kidnapped first.

  3. Should a non RDM murder take place, the officer in charge will determine the penalties.

  4. Should a RDM murder take place, you will be given one (1) strike. After three (3) total strikes, regardless of how the strikes occurred, you are subject to severe punishment. This may be temporary suspension or permanent ban depending on the transgressions.

8. Mugging, kidnapping or murdering the only people who are working as whitelisted jobs (EMS, Police, Car Dealer, Mechanic,) is strictly forbidden, unless they give reason for you to defend yourself. This means you may not kill a police officer for pulling you over without proper reason. This includes robbing them for their radio for the PD frequency or MP5s.

9. All jail time and community service time must be served in full. Any time skipped will be doubled and reapplied. Jail time can be served offline. Excessive transgressions will result in the remaining time added as a server suspension.

  1. Breaking out of jail is allowed with extremely good roleplay.

  2. Breaking out of jail requires a minimum and maximum of four (4) total people. One (1) person being the one who is getting busted out, two (2) people being the ones who enter the prison to bust them out, and one (1) person waiting as the getaway driver.

  3. A successful jailbreak will result in the player having a warrant for their arrest for jailbreaking. This means the next time theyโ€™re arrested, their penalties for that arrest are doubled on top of the penalty for jailbreaking.

  4. The penalty for jailbreaking is a 1 year prison sentence without parole.

10. Drug turn-in locations are player green zones. This means you may not camp these zones in an attempt to rob players trying to turn in.

11. You may not camp these zones in an attempt to rob players trying to gather, this also applies to areas just outside. Be mindful and do not meta-game. Your character does not know they have drugs in their car for sure, you only can suspect if you yourself via RP have found out about that drug location. However, certain role play scenarios between the drug turn in and gathering locations could result in the player losing their drugs, either to police or other players.

  1. Drug running is illegal, and punishable by the responding officer based on the severity of the crime.

  2. A player is allowed to carry up to 6 joints before it becomes illegal. (#endtheprohibition)

12. Any illegal activity in game is punishable via the responding officer. It is up to that officer to determine your crime. You have the right as a citizen to object to these penalties and take your case to court to be represented by a lawyer.
