🐣New Life Rule

New Life Rule takes effect the moment your character enters a downed state.

1. Amnesia is a natural causing effect that will determine your character's ability to remember the scene.

   1. If your character is in a downed state in which your character is laying on their side, known as "on your side" and EMs attends to you, you have no memory loss.

   2. If your character is in a downed state in which your character is laying on their back, known as "on your back" before you are able to receive medical attention, you forget the immediate reason you have been downed, known as "forgetting the scene."

   3. If your character is taken into the ocean and then left there, known as "Ocean dumping" then your character will have memory loss on the scene, and the events leading up to the cause of the scene, within 1 hour.

2. Body Cam usage is allowed to restore memory if the following criteria is met:

   1. You must have the body cam item turned on, and the footage should have the recording indicator. Any footage used without this indicator may not be used for IC review.

      1. This does not apply towards player reporting for OOC issues.

   2.Your partner may give you their body cam footage, and you can remember some of the scene that happened if they were directly involved in the scene. However this must be explained to you IC and cannot jog all of your memory. You must remember it from their account.
