ðŸŠĶPerma death

Think wisely for it is final and cannot be undone. You will permanently lose access to the character and all of their possessions.

Perma should, in summary, be unique and saved for the moment when your character's story has reached a fitting conclusion; it shouldn't be a routine event and should satisfy both you as the storyteller and everyone who has interacted with your character. Roleplaying is greatly impacted by permadeath because it depicts people losing friends, family, and enemies as well as the inability of EMS and law enforcement to save a life. Other players may experience a storyline arc as a result of permadeath. "Permagriefing," in which a gang or large group all retire their characters permanently, is strongly discouraged because it takes away from the important roleplay that goes into saving lives.

  1. If you do choose to perma your character, a will must be prepared beforehand with the help of a lawyer and the DOJ. You will not be allowed to leave any of your assets to another one of your characters.

  2. In regards to Perma death when involving emergency services try to give them a notice 24hr in advance. If you cannot give notice, when you are being seen by EMS or the police you must /me this will be a perma. If there are no EMS available, your character is auto placed in ICU and you are required to get EMS involved. If EMS are still unavailable, you will just be pronounced dead.

Tebex purchases are tied to the character. There will be no transferring of vehicles/items/etc purchased through tebex with or without a will.
