ðĨGroup Numbers
Any criminal activity shall not exceed a total of five (5) participants. Depending on certain activities and situations there are exceptions to this rule as defined below:
If an activity such as a party or gathering at a legal activity is taking place then no number of requirements are set. This includes gatherings at public places as well as any gang-owned compounds.
If at any time a group is defending themselves against an attack and the group already has more than the allowed five (5) members they are not required to reduce their numbers and may fight with those already involved in the scene.
If a fight should be initiated by an outside attacking party naturally through RP inside of a gang-owned compound a rule of Home Turf Advantage applies for the gang who owns said compound. All members of the group that are currently present in the compound or in the immediate area (cannot exceed your claimed turf) are allowed to participate not exceeding the limited twenty (20) member roster lock to defend. Other groups will not be allowed to participate in the fight and will only be limited to the two initial groups unless it is part of a declared war. Conflict can not be brought to the compound from an outside scene as this rule will not apply and the group will be limited to the five (5) participants who were part of the original scene. (I.E - you cannot bait people into or bring chases inside of the compound as home turf advantage does not apply with this.)
If a non-scheduled fight were to take place, the attacking group agrees that the defending group does not have to adhere to the five-member rule. However, even if the defending group is above five(5) at the time, the attacking group shall not exceed five (5). It is at the discretion of the attacking group to understand the risk when attacking a group without first scheduling a war.
If the attacking group chooses to attack another group in a public place, they acknowledge and agree that if the presence of non-affiliated citizens is present, those citizens have the right to defend themselves should they feel threatened. It is recommended that you attempt to allow the non-affiliated citizens an opportunity to escape the scenario.
Group Numbers, as defined by Section 3: Gang Wars, shall overwrite this section temporarily.
